Every year, after the commencement of odd semesters (July-August), elections are held to elect the office bearers of the union as well as class representatives of all classes. The tenure of the elected office bearers are 1 academic year, i.e., July to June. The Student Union is entrusted with the task of organizing Freshers Social Function, College Sports Meet, etc. and the required funds are provided for the same. They are also encouraged to participate in various students’ conferences and events.
